We had a group of 8 and rented the Creative and Executive lofts for 5 days. The neighborhood is excellent with many things in easy walking distance. The lofts are perfect spaces for team meetings or get togethers with a full conference room in one loft and a spacious kitchen and living area in the other. One thing that was tricky was getting between the floors with the 4 key fobs allowed for each unit. That meant someone always needed two fobs to travel between the lofts. Not impossible, but we had several times where someone got 'stuck' on their floor and someone else had to use the elevator to get them. This is a corporate managed Airbnb and the condition of the appliances, cabinets, furniture is well-used. Also, the street the lofts are on is completely under construction, closed to traffic. That would have been terrific information to know when I asked about instructions for grocery and food delivery. Both of those things were challenging. Overall, great places! Recommend!

Hidden Gem, The creative loft was spacious, modern design - with a rustic charm, the bedrooms are very spacious with good size closets. The bathrooms were generous in space as well as very clean. The beds are very comfortable and had no trouble falling asleep. The kitchen is a full service kitchen, with plenty of room to cook. Gael was very professional as well as very accommodating. Logement qui impressionne sur les photos mais une fois sur place, le bling bling laisse place à un logement décevant. Au niveau de la propreté, plusieurs cheveux de la précédente location sont présents dans les salles de bains et sur les lits. On me dit que les draps sortent de la blanchisserie qu'il s'agit surement des cheveux des femmes de ménages, peu importe la raison.. Il n'y a pas de pression d'eau au niveau des salles de bains. L'emplacement est bien et le logement est grand.

Nous avons eu un souper digne du chef Lenotre et un serveur très professionnel. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer une agréable soirée. Negative: Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien donc pour la musique sur spotify ou yojtube. Cela ralentissait beaucoup. Il fallait aussi que les 2 invités quittent avant 23h00..

Overall, my group and I enjoyed our stay at the Creative Loft and would recommend it. The place was huge - we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, it was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the heat in the bedrooms worked very well. However, we do have a few negatives - the unit isn't as nice as it seems from a first impression. A lot of the cabinets are not well put together - for example, the bathroom cabinet, dishwasher, and microwave all aren't attached properly and will just come out of the wall. The microwave also didn't work, but Holland did provide a second microwave. The heat in the open area didn't work super well. It was in the middle of a cold streak so probably works well enough most days, but Montreal does often get frigid weather. When we contacted the host, we were told to just raise the temperature, which does nothing since the heat already wasn't reaching the set point. There were other various small issues too that just showed a lack of attention to the unit.

The host was very helpful and helped us with the check in process and gave us a quick tour of our place and was very thorough about the instructions and rules for our stay. We loved everything about our stay. We brought our own food after seeing the size of the kitchen and all took turns cooking and helping each other. We synced our phones in the surround system and danced the whole day in the apartment and went out at night for more. We had so much fun and can't wait to stay here another time. There was a small mishap with cleaning where a spill from a previous tenant was missed. This place is huge and it was easy to miss. We contacted customer service and their cleaning service team was there in an hour and cleaned it right away. We threw the bachelorette of her dreams! Had the most amazing night here and catered the whole thing. Went out at night and had a blast and had an even better time back at the loft. The next day we shopped till they kicked us out! Everything is right outside and we didn't miss out on anything.

So much to do
We came to Montreal for a conference and needed a big enough place to relax and house all 7 of us. We wanted to do so much in the city post work but were unlucky with all the rain so we chose to spend most of our free time in the loft. We weren't missing out. The place has everything and what fun! We even catered supper and brunch and the whole experience felt like a vacation and not a work trip. Will book again if we're back in the city.

The size of the loft was perfect as we had also rented a ping-pong table for entertainment in the evening. Our Christmas event was perfect. Booking the loft was easy. Yan was very responsive and the place was overall great for the company gathering we had there. Great location too. There are a lot of technology options for sound and music in the loft. Next time I’m going to ask Yan for a little more training on the audio video stuff!

Cool place! Way bigger than expected! Loved the layout. Only issue was that it was not as clean as we would have liked. Toilet paper was missing, bandaid were covering a hole in the floor(?), some of the tech was not working and some areas smelt like cigarette. All in all, it was a great space, with super comfy bed and would book in the building again!

We used this listing as an event space for a workshop. We had about 50 people attend and the space worked out great. There was a big projector and plenty of furniture. The bedrooms looked spacious and clean. Only callout is to be careful of people sneaking into the space — it was our fault but we had two people show up and steal two bags. Again, our fault but just FYI if you plan on having an event in this space.

Great space for larger groups in a central Montréal location. The rooms are large and bathrooms well appointed. That said, the loft only sleeps 8, not 10. The kitchen is basically bare, so eating out became a must. The bedroom linens and towels were dingy and could be replaced. Yan was great at helping sort out any issues we had, but most of it could have been avoided by restocking and replace basic household goods.

Probably one of the coolest Airbnb’s in Montreal. Location is perfect and the apartment is very stylish and modern. Make sure you read the description in detail. They charge taxes cause this is more like a hotel than someone’s home. The cleaners set one of the beds with unclean sheets and the apartment was without toilet paper. The host rectified this, but not a complication you want to have especially when you’re paying this kind of money.

You can't go wrong with this place! Huge huge unit, right in the heart of all the action. Super luxury feeling being in this place. The floors are creaky so as long as you're not trying to tippie toe around while people are sleeping you should be fine :) Would recommend for sure.

Great stay in a prime location. I would definitely stay there again. Perfect for bachelorette and bachelor parties with its Urban party scene decor. It is very large with spacious bedrooms that include a king size bed and ensuite bathrooms. Loved it!

Gorgeous, spacey loft!
This loft was very spacious and comfy, the family enjoyed staying here while in Montreal, and the 4 bedrooms were the perfect accommodation. The location was wonderful and entry into the hotel was easy once we got our key cards. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to get a downtown experience of montreal!

Great spot for a weekend in Montreal
Stayed here for a bachelor party. Location was ideal and there is so much space to hang out comfortably. The one downside is there is nowhere to store luggage until check in time, so we had to carry our luggage around for a few hours on our arrival day and checkout day. Overall we would highly recommend!

I booked this place for a family dinner in November 2020 during the pandemic. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they responded quickly to any questions I had (within the hour). They greeted us for the check-in and gave us a tour of the loft and the amenities. The loft itself was really clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the SONOS sound system and the colourful lights in the living space. I only have good comments about the kitchen. It was really well equipped; we found everything that we needed to cook and serve the food for our guests (lots of plates and glasses!). The decoration is really fancy. It was ideal for nice family pictures. I would recommend this loft to anyone who desires to rent a place for a nice family dinner (or with a group of friends; theres a lot of seating!) Thank you for having us ! Looking forward to an other booking with you guys!

Mike text us really rudely about rules , talking about expulse, talking to us about police and the unruly person before us that he add situations with..... We feel attacks for no reason we were about to have family diner and the way he talk to us was bad. He check the cake we bring for the supper.... looked us like he didn’t trust us... The way he welcomes us was BAD scared us for no reason

Not super clean, made for parties not really families
My family and I went to Montreal to spend 2 nights and get a quick look at the city. We rented the loft as it fit all 6 of us comfortably with sizable rooms and living space. That said, the loft could have had nicer towels (very thin and scratchy), the garbage in the kitchen has old chicken bones left in the bottom along with other old food scraps, and the shower floors weren’t fully clean. On top of that, two of four showers didn’t work so the experience overall wasn’t that great. When we reported to management about the bones, their response was “how did this really bother you, did you pick the bones up with your hands?!” Um... we won’t be going back.

Concert overnight
We had a group of 7 and stayed in the creative loft one night after a concert at Belle Centre. It was a great location downtown to everything from food, bars, shopping and the venue. Rooms were comfortable clean and large! We would definitely come back. Thanks so much.
