"A real alternative to the hotel"
« As a new Simplissimmo customer, I must admit that their apartments are a real alternative to conventional hotel rooms. The unit I booked was spacious and very cozy. I was able cook meals for my family and entertain friends while feeling like I was at home, which was super convenient especially after long days of work ... I really enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen, king-size bedding, not to mention the washer / dryer included in the unit ... The apartment was great, and for less than $ 100 / day including parking, I can confirm that renting a furnished apartment has never been so simple and economical »

"Our firm regularly sends us to Montreal for various professional missions. We were 4 people on our last trip, so we decided to opt for the Executive Loft at the Holland Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the space totaling over 350 square meters, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a meeting room, and a modern and super equipped kitchen !! “We first visited Montreal in 2014 with our two children, and in 2015 we set out to settle down here. We stayed with Simplissimmo for over 12 months and changed units more than 3 times to test the different environments and neighborhoods of downtown Montreal. The Simplissimmo team was great help throughout our stay. Thanks to on-site amenities like swimming pool, gym and sauna, our stay at the first 2 units was very successful at making our daily life more pleasant ...And the à-la-carte housekeeping service helped a lot with the children ... The third unit was located in the Old Montreal district in a townhouse where we stayed for more than 6 months because the neighborhood was perfect for us: lively area, green spaces, activities every weekend for children, trendy restaurants ... etc We then contacted the HP and Associates broker during our stay who helped us search for and purchase a condo in Old Montreal … Thanks to the whole team »
